Bright focal plant. Among the tall varieties, this is perhaps one of the most attractive. Its velvety dark red inflorescences (20-30 cm in diameter) with a spectacular dark center look rich.
Plant height reaches 160 cm, which allows you to use this variety to create decorative walls and hedges around the garden. It also looks good in group plantings on the lawn. It stays cut for a long time.
Agricultural technology.
Sowing: from the second decade of April to mid-May with seeds directly into the ground, in nests of 2-3 seeds, to a depth of 2-2.5 cm, at a distance of 35-50 cm (1.0 g = 45-50 seeds).
Seeds begin to germinate at a temperature of +5 °C, but seedlings also tolerate frosts down to -6 °C. Seedlings appear 6-12 days after sowing. For earlier flowering, it can be grown through seedlings. In this case, the seedlings must be dived 2 weeks after germination. Prefers a sunny location and loose, fertile, well-drained, non-acidic soils.
Care: loosening the soil, weeding, thinning crops. Responds well to organic or full mineral fertilization before sowing. Additionally, two top dressings are carried out per season.
